Woodside Academy

Woodside Primary School became an independent academy in December 2012 under the government's arrangements for successful schools.

The school has developed an exciting and relevant curriculum for all pupils. The school joined in 2014 and was one of the earliest adopters of the Diversity Mark.

Since 2014 the school has been using the Diversity Mark to maintain good educational outcomes by ensuring a focus on inclusion, a broad range of cultural opportunities for pupils and developing their confidence, creativity and interpersonal skills.
